Your Position

This opportunity suits a PM who wants exposure to the full lifecycle of projects and the inner workings of a construction business. You will work closely with an experienced senior management team who will invest in your development and support you to grow into a well‑rounded leader.

You will be hands on across every facet of delivery:

Key Responsibilities

- Programming, methodologies and planning.
- Procurement, subcontract administration and head contract management.
- Cost control, reporting and commercial decision making.
- Building and refining internal systems.
- Coaching cadets and grads, supporting a strong team culture.

In time, the goal is that you can scope, price, plan, build and close out projects up to $60m, and ultimately step into a Construction Manager role overseeing multiple jobs and project teams.

This is not for someone who wants to delegate everything or coast on past experience. You need to lean in, work hard and grow quickly.

- $55m 16‑storey high‑end residential tower, Inner‑Brisbane East (ETA Q1 2027)
- $8m 4‑storey boutique residential project, Inner‑Brisbane South (ETA Q1 2026)
- $33m 5‑storey high‑end residential building, Inner‑Brisbane North (start mid‑2026)
- Smaller client‑led commercial and industrial refurbishments

Future pipeline (2026 onward):



Commencement of an internal apartment development project and strong pipeline with the existing client base.

Your Responsibilities

- Smooth, confident project delivery supported by strong programming, commercial awareness and clear decision making.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Visible uplift in team capability through mentoring junior staff.
- Meaningful contribution to business growth and culture.
- Reduced reliance on senior leadership as you take greater ownership as part of your tailored development plan.

About You

- Experienced with a track record of delivering commercial construction projects $35m+.
- An ambitious PM with a genuine appetite for responsibility.
- Someone who works well under pressure and enjoys a quick‑paced team.
- A clear communicator who builds trust quickly.
- Keen to mentor younger staff and contribute to a positive culture.
- Looking for a place where hard work and impact are recognised.
