We are expanding the Finance Team in the Sydney office based in Wetherill Park and we are looking for a well-rounded and experienced Accounts Assistant to help with the day-to-day finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting & Reporting: Assist with month-end and reporting
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Accounts Payable: Process accounts payable invoices
- Prepare bank transfers and credit card payments
- Payroll:



Assist with the preparation of the fortnightly payroll
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, and ad-hoc tasks
- Answer internal and external queries professionally
- Liaise with operational staff to resolve queries and support smooth operations
- Collaborate with the finance team on daily activities and special projects

About You:

- At least 5 years’ experience inAccounts Payable or Accounts Assistant
- Experience in processing supplier invoices
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft products i.e. excel and word
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
