Uniting Vic.Tas is seeking compassionate youth workers to support young people in residential homes in Hamilton, TAS. The role involves being a hands-on, positive role model, helping residents feel safe, valued and understood, and guiding them through challenges with a trauma-informed approach.

Roles include permanent, full-time and part time positions with a varied roster that includes night shifts, sleepovers, afternoons and weekends.
