Silver Chain Group is seeking a Home Care Worker to support aged care clients at home in Newcastle and surrounding suburbs. You will deliver home help services, from housekeeping to personal care and transport, helping clients live independently in the community.

Applicants should have a valid Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle, plus 3–6 months of relevant experience and an interest in community care. CPR/First Aid training is provided.
