About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory / Production Hand to join our team at our Bayswater North facility. This is a casual position offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic production environment,



playing an essential role in the manufacture of our custom formliners and moulds.

What You'll Be Doing

- Operating and monitoring production in accordance with safety and quality standards

- Sanding MDF sheets to prepare them for painting

- Helping to pour moulds

- Following production schedules

- General factory and workshop duties

- Supporting other team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment

- Reporting any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately

- Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures and protocols

- Assembling, packaging and preparing products for dispatch

What We're Looking For

- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment

- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards

- Reliability and a strong attendance record

- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Experience in a factory, production or manufacturing setting is highly valued

- Knowledge of workplace health and safety principles is desirable
