Travel Coordinator (Youth & Sports Travel Focused)

You will coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for a diverse portfolio of travel experiences. This is a hands-on role supporting young people embarking on international journeys, coordinating domestic and international group travel for schools and clubs, and accompanying VIP clients on sporting adventures at renowned events.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, insurance, and land bookings
- Support and guide young travellers through international placements and experiences via sister brands: Letz Live, UK Hospo Co & IEC Insurance
- Assist and accompany colleagues with orientation programmes for Letz Live in both Australia and abroad to build trust and relationships with participants
- Manage group travel logistics for schools, clubs, and sporting organisations where required
- Build and maintain solid client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth through a consultative approach




- Occasionally travel domestically and internationally to support programs and VIP experiences

About you

Strong sales mindset with a customer-first approach

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously

Minimum 2 years experience using Sabre GDS

Previous experience living abroad, or working with professional sporting teams or education providers is an advantage
