Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalised care tailored to each Service User’s unique needs
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and community access
- Provide transport and support with shopping and appointments
- Deliver domestic assistance such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general household tasks
- Build warm, trusting relationships that promote independence and wellbeing

What You Bring

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or Higher
- Previous experience in home care or a related field (preferred)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine empathy, compassion,



and respect for individuals with diverse needs
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and a vehicle suitable for travel up to 40 minutes
- Flexibility to meet the varying needs of Service Users

Mandatory Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children’s Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable car
- Mobile phone
