As a Receptionist / Concierge you will be required to work Full-Time in our Brisbane Office , during the operating hours of Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm, 5 days per week . You will need to provide consistent superior client service and provide high quality support and assistance to Financial Advisers and the support teams in delivering client outcomes.
You will be a key member ofthe PSK Adviceteamandareexpected towork with the broader officein achieving the outcomes of the company.
About the Role
- Being the face of the business, providing a warm and welcome reception to all clients and visitors.
- Having the ability to provide consistent superior client service.
- Being able to provide high quality support and assistance to Advisers and Support Teams.
- Managing administrative functions by prioritising the daily workload and adhering to business workflow protocols.
- Having robust communications skills – support incoming calls, be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
- Make outbound calls to book all client appointments ensuring we meet our compliance obligations and commitment to client service agreements.
- Having the confidence and initiative to raise difficult or sensitive issues and seek resolution in a professional and collaborative manner.
- Supporting office events and contribute to the overall running of the office.
About You
If this sounds like you, we prefer you to;
- Have the ability to use Microsoft Office software.
- Have 2 years of experience in a similar or related role.
