Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre (MUSAC) is seeking an enthusiastic Member Experience Officer to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests, drive membership acquisition and retention, and support venue operations.
You will respond to queries in person, via phone, or email, and implement campaigns to grow memberships while ensuring adherence to processes for memberships, POS, and venue bookings. Weekend/evening availability is required.
