The Chance

We are growing our consulting team and are seeking a Senior Consultant to work across major strategy and transformation programs. While Tektology delivers transformation programs across multiple industries, this particular role will primarily support healthcare and digital transformation engagements, reflecting our current delivery needs.

This role is ideal for someone with consulting, strategy or process improvement experience who is looking to deepen their impact in healthcare, work directly with senior stakeholders, and take ownership of meaningful transformation work.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of engagements spanning digital health strategy, service redesign, operational improvement and implementation planning, supporting clients across Australia and selected international programs.

While this role is preferably based in Melbourne, we are also open to considering the right candidate based in Sydney or Adelaide.

What you'll do

- Lead and deliver projects across digital health strategies and roadmap; service and operating model design; process mapping, Lean improvement and workflow optimisation; business cases, benefits realisation and investment logic; implementation planning and delivery support
- Work directly with senior stakeholders across health services, government agencies, clinical and operational leadership teams
- Design and facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops and co-design sessions, current and future-state process mapping
- Develop high-quality consulting deliverables including strategy documents, roadmaps,



business cases and reports
- Contribute to internal capability building, methods and templates
- Support proposal development and business development activities

About you

- Minimum 2 years experience in management consulting, strategy or transformation roles OR process improvement / operational excellence roles
- Demonstrated experience in structured problem solving, process mapping, and producing client-ready presentations and reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and deliver client-focused outcomes
- Proficiency in analytical skills to assess complex systems and interpret data effectively for strategic solutions

Highly desirable

- Experience in digital health, hospital operations, health services or government
- Exposure to digital transformation, EMR/EHR programs, or virtual care initiatives
- Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement training
- Background in health, engineering, science or a related discipline
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. business, healthcare management, information systems, engineering)
