About This Role
This versatile full-time role ofClient Services Assistant is a key role within our team.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate compliance with client documents to ensure legislative requirements are met and internal procedures are followed
Collate client documents to arrange signing and lodgement with relevant authorities
Onboarding of new clients
Assist with the establishment of new structures for clients
Assist with reception duties including answering phones and greeting clients
Liaising with the ATO and ASIC on behalf of clients
Support the administration team with overflow of work
About You
If you are a person who likes systems and procedures, is highly organised and detail oriented and enjoys working with a team this is the ideal role for you.
