The Opportunity

We operate in the premium health food space , supplying high-end, quality and health conscious hospitality venues that care deeply about quality, ingredients, and customer experience.

We’re looking for a sharp, personable, energetic, relationship-driven salesperson who can confidently engage hospitality, hotel and retail operators - building trust quickly, articulating value, and converting conversations into long-term customers.

This is an outbound role. Success comes from building relationships, credibility, and guiding customers through a smooth onboarding and ordering process.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Proactively calling existing customers and qualified current prospects

- Building fast, genuine rapport with health-focused hospitality operators

- Introducing and selling premium product ranges





- Personally onboarding customers onto our online ordering platform , ensuring they feel confident and supported

- Managing your own pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions end-to-end

- Overcoming objections with commercial confidence and product knowledge

- Closing sales and securing ongoing reorders

- Maintaining accurate CRM records and call outcomes

Who Will Succeed in This Role

- You are confident and comfortable with outbound calling - this is a primarily phone based sales role with KPI's centred on call targets (sales experience is not required, but a positive and energetic attitude absolutely is)

- You enjoy speaking to people - and enjoy building rapport!

- You’re highly independent and accountable for your own results - and can be teachable for your own improvement and skill development

- You enjoy relationship-based work rather than transactional scripts

- Ideally, you have access to a car (this will be necessary for site visits every few months)
