Elite Staffing is looking for reliable Production Packers to join a busy manufacturing operation in Mount Druitt.
If you’re experienced in packing or production, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
The Role You’ll be working on a production line packing garden care and pest control products . Accuracy is important, as you’ll be responsible for counting products, adding sachets and other components, then packing completed units into boxes ready for palletising.
You’ll need to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and following all production and GMP procedures.
Pay & Hours AM Shift – Monday to Friday

- Entry level: $33.54/hr
- Experienced: $35.00/hr
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm
- Friday: 6:00am–12:00pm

PM Shift – Monday to Friday

- $40.59/hr
- Monday–Thursday: 2:30pm–10:45pm
- Friday: 12:00pm–5:45pm

What You’ll Be Doing

- Packing products into individual units
- Accurately counting products and checking quantities
- Adding sachets and other components
- Packing completed units into boxes
- Preparing products for palletising
- Checking finished products for accuracy
- Following GMP, quality and safety procedures




- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What We’re Looking For The right candidates will have solid attention to detail, be reliable and comfortable working at a consistent pace in a production environment.
Previous packing, production or manufacturing experience is preferred, however, entry-level candidates with the right attitude may also be considered.
You must be able to follow instructions, work safely and comfortably perform repetitive tasks.
As the site manufactures garden care and pest control products, you must also be comfortable working in this type of manufacturing environment. The products are finished goods when handled by the packing team.
Reliable transport is essential.

PPE Requirements You will need to provide:

- Long-sleeve high-vis shirt
- Long pants
- Steel-cap safety boots
