Repose Beauty & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our growing team in Wodonga, VIC. This is a full-time position based at our clinic location. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be the cornerstone of our client experience, delivering professional beauty & wellness services. This role is essential to maintaining the reputation of Repose Beauty & Wellness for excellence and client satisfaction.

What the role involves

Provide a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, lash and brow treatments and other specialised therapies in accordance with best practice standards

Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, skin type, and desired outcomes before recommending appropriate treatments

Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments to clients to help achieve their concerns & goals

Contribute to a welcoming and relaxing clinic environment that reflects the values and brand of Repose Beauty & Wellness

Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain clinic standards

Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring all treatment areas, tools and equipment are cleaned and sterilised according to regulations

Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, professionalism and personalised care

Keep detailed and accurate client records, including treatment history, preferences and any allergies or sensitivities

Stay current with beauty industry trends, new treatment techniques and product developments through ongoing professional development

What we're looking for

Current cert IV or Diploma Beauty Therapy qualification

Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a qualified salon or clinic environment

Strong knowledge of facial treatments, body treatments and waxing techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued





Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety

Professional approach to client confidentiality and record keeping

Physical capability to perform treatments requiring standing, bending and precise hand movements

Certification or training in further treatments such as micro-needling, derma planing, Brazilian waxing and hybrid brow dye is desirable
