Join Tingalpa Wholesale Nursery as a Nursery Hand at our facilities in Chandler, Queensland. This full-time role is essential in supporting the growth and development of our wide range of indoor plants. As a Nursery Hand, you will play a key part in ensuring our nursery operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with the planting, potting, watering and general care of nursery stock
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the nursery
- Handling and transporting plants in a safe and careful manner
- Monitoring and tending plants, checking their health and identifying any issues
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we’re looking for

- Experience working in a horticultural or nursery workplace, with some hands-on experience in plant care
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks




- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor
- A genuine passion for plants and an interest in horticulture
