Graduate / Entry Level Logistics Officer

We provide comprehensive international logistics solutions including airfreight, sea freight, import/export services, transportation, and warehousing to a large global client base.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate / Entry Level Logistics Officer to join our Air Freight Operations team based in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate looking to build a long-term career in the international airfreight and logistics industry.

As part of our Airfreight Operations team, you will gain hands‑on experience coordinating international export and import air cargo shipments, managing freight documentation, liaising with airlines and ground handlers, and ensuring shipments move efficiently through the supply chain.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Liaising with airlines, freight forwarders, customers, and overseas agents to coordinate international airfreight shipments.

Managing, compiling,



and processing airfreight export/import documentation and online bookings.

Coordinating cargo movements with internal Transport and Warehouse teams to ensure freight is delivered to airline terminals on time.

Monitoring and tracking airfreight shipments to ensure timely uplift and delivery.

Assisting with airline bookings, airway bills (AWBs), cargo manifests, and shipment scheduling.

Liaising with ground handlers and airline operators to ensure clear loading instructions are provided for each flight.

Communicating with internal departments to resolve customer enquiries, shipment delays, and billing issues.

Assisting in resolving operational issues relating to customs clearance, flight delays, or cargo handling.

Providing general operational and administrative support to the Airfreight team as required.

Skills & Requirements:

Must have a university degree.

Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa holder with unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Commerce, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred but not required.

Enthusiastic about building a long‑term career within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
