Field Service Engineer | AU Citizens only| Tullamarine

We are currently seeking Field Services Engineer for a client based in Tullamarine. This is a part‑time position (4 hours per week), ideal for someone wanting steady, ongoing work with minimal weekly hours.

Key Requirements:

- 2+ years' experience with L1 Support
- PC hardware and software repair experience
- Willing to travel and complete service calls as required
- Must be an Australian Citizens
- Valid Driver's license & transport

Key Responsibilities:

- L1 support and troubleshooting for PCs, Printers, mobile phones and other IT devices.
- L1 support and troubleshooting for Microsoft software and other common software applications.




- Perform system recovery / restoration upon system corruption or replacement of hard disk.
- To carry out installation of recent computer and computer products procured from the company inclusive of OS and in house applications.
- Perform refresh program for Personal Computers and Printers.
- Keep the Desktop / Printer inventory list evergreen and perform hardware asset inventory.
- Ensure all Workplace documentation and processes are followed at all time.
