Junior Mortgage Broker - Grow with a Boutique Brokerage!

You're the kind of broker who loves finding solutions. You listen, ask the right questions, and know how to piece things together so the client walks away feeling confident and cared for. When a client feels stuck, you're already working through the options and finding a way forward.

You're confident on the phone and know how to build trust quickly. You present well, communicate clearly, and can empathise and relate to people easily. Clients feel reassured because you explain things simply, genuinely care about their outcome, and make them feel like you're on their side.

You're organised and diligent, with the ability to juggle leads, follow-ups, and multiple deals without dropping the ball. You thrive in a busy environment, love staying on top of everything, and enjoy keeping the process running smoothly.

This is a Junior Mortgage Broker position with Artemis Finance, a boutique brokerage that prides itself on integrity, client-first service,



and long-term relationships.

What matters most is that you're proactive, hungry to learn, and genuinely motivated to help clients achieve the right outcome. You'll need a Cert IV in Mortgage Broking and at least six months of experience as a broker.

The team genuinely cares about each other, supports one another, and values collaboration over competition. There's also plenty of room to grow, with clear progression opportunities as the business continues to expand.

It's a hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the office. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, based in Bondi Junction.

The package includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a real opportunity to make serious money on top of your base.
