The Senior Educator has primary responsibility for providing a nurturing, safe setting for the children and providing appropriate daily experiences. A profile of the child is developed through the process of observing and sharing information with the child’s family. This is used to form the basis of the ongoing process of planning a program that is developmentally appropriate for each child.
