Essential Criteria

- Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 4 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
- Salesforce product knowledge, and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
- Experience working in a Salesforce application or environment support role.
- Experience in Data Loader, Service Cloud, and troubleshooting Salesforce issues and work with internal parties and vendor partners to resolve them.
- Hands-on experience in managing Salesforce related CI/CD processes using GitLab or a similar tool.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills, ability to manage competing priorities,



and proficiency in aligning multiple stakeholders for effective collaboration.

Desirable Criteria

- ITIL Foundation Certification and experience.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Comfortable with current ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
