TLE Wetherill Park are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operations Assistant to join their growing team. This newly created role has been introduced to support business growth and offers a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career.

What you’ll be doing:

- Pick, pack and dispatch orders while receiving, unloading and organising incoming stock.
- Assist with inventory control, stock counts and general warehouse operations.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, documentation and record keeping.
- Support the office team with customer orders, paperwork and daily administration.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and couriers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a safe, organised workplace and assist with occasional branch support duties as required.

What you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, logistics or administration role highly regarded.
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to get involved wherever needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.




- Basic computer skills and confidence completing administrative tasks.
- Driver’s licence required . Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
- Full Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available (no temporary visas).
