Ramsay Clinic - Wentworthville is seeking an experienced MedicalReceptionist to join our team on a casual basis.

As our Medical Receptionist, you are responsible for providingadministrative support and assistance to patients and their families upon their arrival to theclinic.

About You

Your Skills and Experience:

- To succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and enjoys being part of a busy environment.
- The ability to converse and be empathetic while managing a busy flow of multiple doctor’s appointment dairy, phone calls, emails etc.
- You will have strong communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills and should be comfortable working in a team of doctors, nurses, psychologist, administrators, clinical and non-clinical staffs.
- Computer literacy including the Microsoft Office suite of Programs
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of a specialist practice setting, Medical Terminology are highly desired, though not essential.
- Coordinate with staff from other departments.
- Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry, billing, banking, and stationary order
- Demonstrated minimum 2-year experience in a hospital/medical administrative position
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience ideally Zedmed, is highly desired, though not essential.
