This is a rotating roster position which involves working every other Saturday.

Start date is Monday 7th September.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will:

- Handle high-volume inbound calls from current or new customers
- Assist customers with pricing inquiries, policy information, product details, and general questions
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company guidelines and standards
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and health professionals regarding insurance policies
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs

Qualifications:





- Previous call centre experience is preferred
- Exposure to targets or KPI's in a professional working setting
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanour
- A passion for helping people and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
