Auspire Care is currently seeking Greek-speaking and Italian-speaking Support Workers to join our growing team and support older clients living independently in Melbourne's northern suburbs. We take pride in offering supportive and engaging services, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Role Overview: As a Support Worker, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and provide compassionate, person-centred care in line with individual care plans

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel between client's homes
- Supporting clients with domestic tasks such as meal preparation and household chores
- Providing social support and transportation services as required
- Providing personal care, including showering, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Ensure that client’s rights, cultural, spiritual and other individual needs are incorporated in all aspects of care and daily living
- Work within a multidisciplinary team, provide effective support to clients, recognise changes in clients’ conditions and circulate observations and concerns in accordance with Auspire Care processes
- Promote and participate in quality activities, and provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with clients, their relatives and friends




- Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and expertise
- Must have your own car (registered in your own name), valid insurance, current registration and a current Victorian driver's license

This is the place for you if you have:

- Qualifications: Certificate III/IV or equivalent in Individual Support (Aged or Disability) or equivalent. Paid placements are also accepted.
- First Aid & CPR: Current certifications or willingness to obtain.
- Driver's License: A valid Victorian license and a roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Police Check: Not older than 3 years.
- Commitment to Person-Centred Care: Strong understanding of community care and a dedication to delivering high standards for clients and families.
- Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative team workplace while valuing one‑on‑one client connections.
- Experience in a home care setting or providing domestics support is desirable
- Understanding of client directed care

Essentials for working in Aged Care:

- A current Working With Children Check card (Employee) or NDIS screening check
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
