Life Without Barriers in Orange is seeking a Therapeutic Youth Worker (Residential) to support young people aged 12–17 who’ve experienced trauma, abuse or neglect. The role offers permanent part time and casual employment within a 24/7 residential setting.

Hold or work toward a Diploma in Community Services (or related field) or complete through LWB. A current First Aid certificate is required, with trauma-informed practice and willingness to assist with daily living activities and personal care.
