Production Assistants - Camper Trailer & Caravan Assembly

Location: North Rocks, Sydney

About the Role

As a Production Assistant, you'll be hands-on in the assembly of our industry-leading camper trailers and caravans. You'll work across various stages of production including fabrication, fitting, and finishing - helping build products for Australians exploring the great outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble camper trailers and caravans using hand and power tools
- Follow production schedules and instructions from team leaders
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards
- Support other departments as required

What We're Looking For

- Experience in manufacturing,



automotive, or similar hands-on roles (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Capability to perform moderate lifting tasks between 10-20kg on a regular basis
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Australian permanent residency or appropriate work rights to work in Australia
