The Coffee Club Morayfield is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality coffee and cold drinks, exceptional service at our café located in Morayfield Shopping Centre, outside of Target.

What you'll be doing

- Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee and cold drinks to brand standards
- Maintain consistency in coffee quality, presentation, and speed of service
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming and positive café experience
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and well stocked
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
- Contribute to a positive and productive team culture

What we're looking for

- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and machine operation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills




- A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to cleanliness and organisation
- Hustle and drive
- 4+ days per week availability, 1 weekend day is a must
