About the Role
This position (38 hours per week across 4 working days, with 1 RDO) is at the heart of our clinic's daily operations. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every visit — whether in person or over the phone — is welcoming, efficient, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and managing the flow of pets and people through the clinic
- Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
- Providing clear, compassionate communication and support to clients
- Assisting with administrative tasks, marketing support, and stock control
- Upholding high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service
- Supporting our veterinary and nursing team to help the day run smoothly

You're warm, organised, and thrive in a busy setting. You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and can stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication and time management skills are a must, along with a genuine love of animals and people alike.
