We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you have a love for food, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food according to the hotel menu and guest preferences.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and microwaves, is properly regulated and maintained at the right temperature.
- Check the quality and freshness of raw ingredients and store them appropriately to maintain food safety standards.
- Season dishes correctly and present them in a visually appealing manner.
- Attend meetings with the Chef, Head Chef,



and management to discuss ingredients, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
- Work under the guidance of the Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Provide training and guidance to kitchen hands, assistant cooks, and waitstaff as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
- Minimum 2-3 years of cooking experience.
- At least Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
- Strong knowledge of Western cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to full-time work with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Preferred Candidates:

- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents will be given preference.
