Port Stephens Council is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Officer to welcome visitors at the Koala Sanctuary, coordinate check-ins, and guide guests on-site. This face-to-face role focuses on delivering a memorable visitor experience from enquiry to departure and return.
You’ll assist with tours around the sanctuary, support tour groups and families, and work a roster across seven days, with flexible schedule during peak periods to maintain excellent guest service.
