Job Description

Fair Haven Aged Care in Maryborough is an 85-bed residential aged care service offering respite, palliative and pastoral care within a supportive, caring community. We're seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team and help residents live with comfort, dignity and respect.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
- Supporting residents' emotional wellbeing and meaningful social engagement
- Maintaining residents' dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
- Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and homelike setting
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing staff

About the Candidate





- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or working towards)
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent and compassionate communication skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
