Essential Criteria

- Prefer a minimum 12 months skip truck or waste industry experience
- Current HR or MR licence (HR preferred)



with a clean driving record
- Proven ability to safely operate skip bin trucks and follow ZERO HARM safety protocols
- Availability Monday–Saturday, 6:30am–4:00pm (flexible hours available)
- Punctuality is essential – must consistently meet delivery windows
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced depot
- Explicit communication skills for customer and dispatch interaction
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Willingness to complete on‑the‑job training and assessment
- Appropriate PPE including steel‑capped boots
- Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily pre‑start/post‑trip checks
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Commitment to all road rules, safety regulations and company policies
