Based in Knoxfield, VIC and reporting to the Business Unit Manager, we are currently seeking a part-time Administration Officer to join our VIC Surgical Solutions team. The role will be responsible for customer service, customer and supplier management, sales support and general office administration for our laparoscopic division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Processing orders, invoices and answering email/phone enquiries
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders
- Preparing instruments for viewing/trials
- Quality checks and reconciling incoming goods
- Assisting with Accounts Payable & Receivable including creating customer and vendor accounts and processing invoices.
- Assisting with sales reporting
- Maintaining offices supplies
- Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar administration/customer service role
- Exhibits solid interpersonal and communication skills, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred but not essential
- Aptitude for problem solving and ability to work autonomously or in a team
Working Hours
4 days per week,Mon - Thu 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
