About the Role

We are seeking Gelato Makers to prepare fresh gelato on-site and support a high-quality customer experience. Experience in a kitchen is preferred, we provide full training on the art of making gelato.

Key responsibilities

- Produce and prepare gelato to premium quality standards
- Maintain visual presentation and cleanliness of the preparation area
- Coordinate with the retail team to support smooth service flow
- Manage ingredient inventory, portioning and daily production schedules
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and product consistency

About you

- Experience in food preparation, pastry, bakery or hospitality
- Solid attention to detail and product presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support customer experience
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
