We support major infrastructure, civil construction and road projects, with a solid focus on safety, compliance and providing a high level of service to our clients.

With a strong pipeline of current and upcoming projects, we are looking for an experienced Traffic Allocator to join our Operations team and support the day-to-day coordination of our workforce, vehicles and resources across our projects.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and organised Traffic Allocator to coordinate the daily allocation of traffic controllers, vehicles and equipment across our projects.

This is a fast-paced operational role requiring strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our Operations team, Team Leaders, Traffic Controllers and clients to ensure every shift is appropriately resourced and ready to go.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate daily and upcoming traffic control bookings

Allocate Traffic Controllers, Team Leaders, vehicles and equipment to shifts

Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, replacements and additional resource requests





Communicate shift details and requirements to employees

Liaise with supervisors, clients and project teams regarding daily resourcing requirements

Ensure workers allocated to projects hold the required competencies and inductions

Coordinate vehicles and equipment to ensure crews have the correct resources

Monitor upcoming bookings and identify potential staffing or resource shortages

Maintain accurate allocation and booking information within our workforce management system

Assist with after-hours operational matters where required

Work closely with Operations to ensure projects are adequately staffed and client requirements are met

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in traffic management allocation, scheduling or operations is essential

Strong understanding of traffic control operations and industry requirements

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with employees, supervisors and clients

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions when plans change at short notice

Strong computer skills and ability to learn workforce management systems

High attention to detail

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Current driver's licence

Full Australian working rights
