Plastix Australia is looking for a professional and organised Receptionist / Customer Service Administrator to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role blends reception, administration and customer service, supporting our sales and production teams and helping keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and emails, and be the first friendly voice customers hear.
Greet customers and visitors at the front counter.
Handle customer enquiries and quote requests.
Enter orders into our internal systems accurately.
Coordinate customer collections and deliveries.
Maintain filing and administrative records.
Assist with invoicing and purchase orders.
Liaise with production on order status and keep customers updated.
Support the sales team with general administration.
Keep the reception and showroom areas tidy and presentable.
Skills & Experience:
Previous reception or administration experience.
Excellent customer service and a great phone manner.
Robust written and verbal communication.
Confident with computers and Microsoft Office.
Well organised and able to juggle a busy day.
Friendly, professional and positive.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience using Office 365.
