Supernormal and neighbouring wine bar Bar Miette opened at 443 Queen Street on the banks of the Brisbane river in mid-2024 and have quickly gained local and international recognition. Supernormal’s menu celebrates local produce and connects with Queensland’s farmers, fishers and foragers, to offer contemporary Australian dishes influenced by time spent living, working and travelling in Hong Kong and Shanghai. About the Role

We are seeking passionate Front of House professionals to join our team as a section waiter. About Trader House

Trader House is a collective of restaurants, bars, and specialty retail stores by Melbourne-based chef, cookbook author and columnist Andrew McConnell and photographer Jo McGann. In 2024, Trader House opened Supernormal and Bar Miette in Brisbane. A new restaurant, Côte Basque, will open in Melbourne in the winter of 2026.
