Administration Assistant - Ongoing casual position
John's Furniture Removals has over 25 years' experience in the furniture removals industry, we are a well-known and reputable company on the Sunshine Coast. We are now seeking a positive and professional Administration Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
Immediate start.
Ongoing position for the right applicant.
Two days a week and holiday relief.
Assist with day-to-day duties of Administration
Preparation of daily job sheets
Manage all Social Media accounts
Ensure highest standards of customer service are met
Answering telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Be able to assist clients with all of their removal and storage needs or a willingness to learn.
Ensuring accuracy of information being entered into job sheets and accounting software
Other general Administration duties as requested
Role Requirements:
Previous experience in Administration & Social Media is a MUST
Competent in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Xero is ideal
Valuable literacy skills, with attention to detail
Be able to take direction but also able to work unsupervised
Excellent time-management and organisational skills
Self- motivated, mature attitude and a team player
