We are seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Drivers to join our event operations team, working at the Brisbane Convention Centre.

About the Role

This role is focused on forklift operations during event bump-in and bump-out. You will be working in fast-paced environments as part of a qualified events crew. Dedicated spotters will be provided at all times to support safe forklift movements.

You will need to be available for hours this week:

- Thursday 4pm to 9pm or 8pm to 7am
- Friday 7am to 7pm or 5pm to 12am

Your Responsibilities:

- Operating forklifts to move staging, equipment and event infrastructure
- Assisting with event bump-in and bump-out operations
- Working closely with spotters and event crew to ensure safe movements
- Adhering to tight event schedules and deadlines




- Following all WHS policies and site-specific safety procedures

To Be Successful in This Role:

- Previous experience operating forklifts, ideally in events, warehousing or logistics
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work in busy environments
- Reliable, punctual and able to take direction
- Physically fit and capable of assisting with manual tasks when required
- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
- Own PPE (steel cap boots, high-vis)
