William Wallace Group is seeking a Catering Assistant to support loading and delivering food, beverages and equipment to corporate client sites, venues and private events in Brisbane. You will assist with setups/pack downs, logistics, and maintain a clean dispatch area.

This role involves driving a refrigerated van and coordinating with the Operations Manager and Kitchen Manager to uphold company procedures and guest experiences. Shifts run 7:00am-1:00pm, Monday to Friday.
