We are looking for a Clean & Pack Specialist to join our team!

Pay Range: $19 - $21/hour

- Follow work instructions, job specifications, and packaging requirements as assigned

- Accurately record job start times and completion times, material usage, and label

requirements

- Prepare finished parts or products for packaging, including trimming, cleanup, and visual

inspection for obvious defects

- Monitor product quality during packaging activities and report quality concerns or

discrepancies to supervision promptly





- Temporarily pause packaging or sorting activities when quality issues are identified; follow

escalation procedure as necessary

- Maintain organization and proper rotation of materials and finished goods in accordance with

FIFO and inventory control practices

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift

- Adhere to all safety, security, and operational procedures

- Meet or exceed established productivity, efficiency and quality targets

- Cross-train and provide support to other departments as needed to meet production schedules
- and deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Experience working in a computer-based workplace with business or ERP software

- Basic math skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
