About the Role

As a Sales Associate (Casual) , you'll support the Estate Manager to ensure a great customer journey from first enquiry through to settlement.

You will gain hands on experience in property sales, client management, and project operations, with the goal of progressing into a fully-fledged Sales Consultant role.

Deliver welcoming and exceptional customer service

Provide information on the estate to customers

Gather an initial understanding of the customers' needs

Assist with the follow up and processing of leads

Assist the sales team with general sales related admin/customer service

Participate in weekend and on-site sales activities

Qualifications & Experience

Genuine interest in property and development

Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ideally has or is working towards a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (preferred but not essential)
