Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Permanent Full-Time Raw Materials Dispenser (Day Shift) to join our high-performing Compounding & Dispensing Team. About the Role

As a Raw Materials Dispenser, you will play an important role in ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation of raw materials used in the manufacture of premium beauty and personal care products.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the efficient and accurate weighing and dispensing of raw materials.
- Work from system-generated pick lists detailing quantities, locations and material codes.
- Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with annual stocktakes.
- Identify and report material shortages or stock discrepancies.
- Follow all GMP, quality, safety, cleaning and documentation procedures.




- Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Compounding & Dispensing Department.

About You

- Safety-conscious, reliable and highly detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A strong team player who enjoys contributing to shared goals.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Previous dispensing experience within a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food or similar regulated manufacturing industries.
- Experience is preferred but not essential. We welcome applicants with the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
