H1 Group is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker in Maffra to provide high-quality care to clients living at home with various disabilities across Maffra and nearby towns. You will join a supportive team and help clients maintain independence.
You will perform ADL support, manual handling, medication administration, and community access while following individual care plans and NDIS frameworks. Flexibility to work at multiple locations and a minimum of 3 shifts weekly is required.
