- Produce policy and related documentation accurately, efficiently and on time

Requirements
- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Experience in a similar broking or operational role is preferred, ideally in an insurance-related field
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn current systems quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines through effective time management
- Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Appropriate approval to work in Australia
