Business Development Manager – NDIS

Link2U Services is a growing NDIS provider based in Moorebank, Sydney , providing person-centred disability supports across Sydney.

Our services include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Participation and individualised supports , and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us continue to grow our participant and referral network.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who already understands the NDIS sector and how to generate genuine participant referrals .

This role will initially be offered on a part-time basis , with flexibility around days and the opportunity for the position to grow as the business continues to expand.

You will be based from our Moorebank office while also spending time out in the community developing relationships, attending meetings and networking with referral partners across Sydney.

Your main focus will be to generate new participant opportunities, build strong referral relationships and assist with filling SIL vacancies .

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert new NDIS participant referrals
- Build relationships with Support Coordinators and Specialist Support Coordinators
- Develop relationships with allied health professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation services and other referral partners
- Identify new SIL opportunities and assist with filling SIL vacancies
- Develop and maintain a strong referral pipeline
- Regularly contact and meet with new and existing referral partners
- Attend networking events, expos and industry meetings
- Respond to new participant and referral enquiries
- Meet with prospective participants,



families and stakeholders where required
- Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, follow-ups and outcomes
- Track referral sources and conversions
- Work closely with management when onboarding new participants
- Identify new areas and opportunities for business growthProvide regular updates to management on business development activity, leads and outcomes

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and genuinely experienced within the NDIS sector .

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in NDIS business development, intake, engagement or participant referrals
- A solid understanding of the NDIS sector
- Experience building relationships with Support Coordinators and referral partnersAn understanding of SIL and community-based disability supports
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of your role
- A current driver's licence and ability to travel throughout Sydney when required

An existing network within the Sydney NDIS sector will be highly regarded.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they understand how to create referral opportunities and convert those opportunities into sustainable participant growth .
