UrBun bakery is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Superstar to join our growing team in Wetherill Park. This part time role requires 3 days per week with potential Saturday work, and comes with full training in a nurturing environment.

You will handle 50–60 orders daily by phone and email, manage inquiries, deal with complaints, troubleshoot issues, and keep our CRM up to date while maintaining a positive customer experience.
