About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Casual After-Hours Allocations Officer to support our team with staffing coordination outside of regular business hours. Some days you’ll be onboarding new staff and keeping compliance up to date; other days you’ll be helping fill shifts, coordinating bookings, and supporting our field staff and clients.

It’s a role for someone who’s proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a team environment. You won’t just be “doing admin” - you’ll play a direct role in making sure healthcare staff are where they’re needed most.

Our core hours are from 5:00am to 1:00pm, 1:00pm to 9:00pm and 9:00pm to 5:00am &we; operate 7 days a week from Brisbane. To be considered for this role, you will need to have f lexible availability across these hours, including weekdays, weekends and a range of shift times. Availability for after-hours, early morning and overnight shifts is essential.

Please note: This is an office-based position located in our YNA office and is not a work-from-home or remote role.

Key Responsibilities:





- Help coordinate bookings and fill shifts across the QLD workforce pool
- Proactively follow up with staff and clients to keep things on track
- Support candidate onboarding, credentialing, and compliance checks
- Maintain accurate and compliant systems and records
- Build strong, professional relationships with staff, clients, and colleagues nationally
- Pitch in across recruitment and allocations to balance team workload

About you:

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

- A “can-do” attitude with a positive &professional; approach
- 1 + years admin or coordination experience (health recruitment/allocations a bonus)
- Availability: 1–2 after-hours weekend shifts per week, plus 1 weekday (office hours), with potential for additional shifts
- High level time management skills &the; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail & accuracy with data entry, whilst maintaining & protecting confidentiality
- Current (or willingness to obtain) Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening
