About You

You are someone who:

- Communicates warmly and professionally

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- At least 12 months' experience as a GP Receptionist
- Experience using Best Practice softwareExperience with Automed Systems and Tyro / EFTPOS
- Sound knowledge of Medicare billing
- Confidence with appointment triage and managing a busy front desk
- A strong understanding of medical confidentiality and patient privacy
- The ability to provide exceptional service while juggling competing priorities

Please note: This role is for experienced GP Receptionists only. Applicants without previous General Practice reception experience will not be considered.
