Tree Labourers / MR Drivers – Full-Time Opportunities

Are you a reliable and hardworking MR Driver looking to join a outstanding team and build a long-term career in the arboriculture industry?

We are seeking Tree Labourers / MR Drivers to join our client’s crews across Melbourne. This is a hands‑on outdoor role offering ongoing work, with the opportunity to become a full‑time team member for the right person.

Once permanent, there are opportunities for further training and study , allowing you to develop your skills and progress within the business.

Our client’s depot locations include:

- North Melbourne

- Moorabbin

About the Role

Working alongside experienced tree crews, your duties may include:

- Tree planting and establishment works

- Mulching and garden bed preparation

- Tree staking and support installation

- Watering newly planted trees

- Operating wood chippers

- General labouring and ground crew duties

- Loading and unloading materials and equipment

- Site clean‑up and housekeeping

- Driving MR vehicles between work locations

- Working safely around pedestrians, traffic, and public areas

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with a great work ethic, reliable attendance and a positive attitude who will fit in and contribute to a strong team culture.





- Current MR Licence (essential)

- Working with Children Check

- Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to turning up every day

- Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to work effectively within a team

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

- Experience in tree work, landscaping, construction, civil, or outdoor labouring highly regarded

- Chainsaw/Chipper Tickets highly desirable

- Chipper experience advantageous

- White Card desirable

- $34.00–$36.00 per hour , dependent on experience

- Ongoing work with potential for full‑time employment
